I've had a pair of iJoy Logo bluetooth headphones for a couple of months, and they've worked fine upwards until the past calendar week or so. Whenever I'm watching a video on YouTube the video will play fine for awhile, and then the audio will commencement cutting in and out and autumn out of sync with the video. Turning the headphones off and on will solve the problem momentarily, simply it will happen again and again. It seems to simply be the bluetooth headphones that has this problem--I tried a wired pair without problems. Information technology also but seems to be a problem with YouTube--I can play videos on my phone'due south video role player, or play diverse sound podcasts merely fine. And information technology's not but the YouTube app, either; when I try to watch videos on the YouTube mobile site, I take the aforementioned troubles. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Perhaps some settings that i need to change?

UPDATE: Spoke too presently. Soon after typing this, a podcast i was listening as well on the Castbox app stated doing the same thing, audio cutting in and out.

Anyhoo, seems to me like your bluetooth connection may be wonky. I don't suppose you have another pair of BT headphones to try? If non, what about a BT speaker to connect to, to come across if the issue continues?

You might try to forget the BT pairing with your headphones and then pair anew. Easy to try and sometimes a set up. Proficient luck

Definitely endeavour another Bluetooth headphone or speaker.

I had a cheapo Bluetooth speaker once, and the audio would become out of sync with videos, and also the sound would change pitch and wow sometimes, but like a bad cassette. Probably because the clock oscillator in it wasn't very stable.

Sorry i haven't checked back in awhile.

I but take one pair of BT headphones, who I tin can't try another with my phone,

The problem happens off and on, and it will work fine for a few days, simply then there will exist a day or 2 where the trouble crops up. In the past couple of days I've discovered something foreign. I noticed that when the freezing/stuttering starts to occur, it always seems to exist when I accept my WiFi turned on. If I suspension the video or podcast, then turn off WiFi, the video or podcast will play just fine. One might think that the trouble isn't with the headphones and then, but with my WiFi connection; the thing is that the trouble DOESN'T occur with my wired headphones even when WiFi is turned on, Simply the BT ones. Too, I e'er listen to podcasts offline, and so a bad WiFi connexion shouldn't be a problem. Also strange is that, as far every bit I know, WiFi and Bluetooth have nothing to do with each other, and so not certain why the BT headphones would give me trouble only when I have WiFi turned on.

Got a new pair of Bluetooth headphone because the cheap plastic on the last pair broke. An entirely different make (MPOW), and I'1000 encountering the same problem.
